When I first entered this site I had an impression that its services were free. It was said that you can easily fix your resume in a couple of clicks. The problem was in the fact that I had no resume to fix, as I wanted it to be written from scratch. So, when I looked through the site I decided to make an order, as I thought that prices would be affordable. Also, I liked the fact that this site didn’t contain too much of excessive information, which personally I find to be rather distracting. In general, the menu of the site is nice and rather good looking. It is easy for a customer to navigate through the site. If only I knew that this company will fool me, I would never have made an order there!

Price Policy

I guess that it is very bad that the price list is not represented on the site. I had an impression that the company was trying hard to hide the prices. The only way to find out the possible price for your resume is to contact the admin, which is also not that easy as it may seem to be at first sight. The price for my resume was $220. I didn’t know anything about the price range as for custom resumes, consequently I didn’t know that it is extremely expensive. For example, now I know for sure that Resume Online company offers cheaper prices and better quality, by the way.

I tried to contact the support team via chat and phone number for many times, but they were not available.

Conclusion

It is possible to find better service, as tastes differ.
